K Raheja Corp has a Women's Employee Resource Group (ERG), an initiative that aligns with the company's ongoing commitment to creating an inclusive and equitable environment for all employees.
The ERG is a voluntary, employee-led group aimed at supporting women's professional development, enhancing networking opportunities, and promoting holistic wellness within the workplace. The ERG is sponsored by Urvi Aradhya, Chief Human Resources Officer at K Raheja Corp and Preeti Chheda, Chief Financial Officer, Mindspace Business Parks, who are committed to driving the initiative's success and ensuring it serves as a powerful platform for women to express their vision and strategies within the company that can enable to them to achieve their goals.
The conception of the Women's ERG was driven by a comprehensive Need Analysis exercise, encompassing surveys, focus group discussions with female employees, and consultations with senior leadership. This process identified three core focus areas for the ERG: Professional Development, Networking, and Holistic Wellness, each supported by a dedicated core committee.
The Women's ERG is expected to play a vital role in creating an inclusive and equitable work environment, where women can prosper both professionally and personally. With the support of Corporate Learning (L&D), the core committee members are poised to drive the ERG agenda forward, ensuring the success of this landmark initiative.
