This website “www.krahejacorp.com” (“Website”) of K. Raheja Corp Group of Companies (“KRC”) should be accessed only if you (“user/s”) agree to the Terms of Use. The user/s are responsible for their use of the Website and the Content. User/s undertake to ensure that they will do nothing whilst accessing the Website which will damage the Website or otherwise violate these Terms of Use. The user/s visit to the Website including but not limited to all images, text, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, programs, music clips, downloads, systems and methods of trading, video clips, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, information, data, tools, products, written materials, services, design, structure, selection, coordination, expression content, information, design, marks and layout therein, including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression and arrangement of any of the foregoing available on or through the Website, together (the “Content”), is subject to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, disclaimer and our Cookies Policy, as may be updated by us from time to time. If we update our Terms of Use, we will post the updated Terms of Use on the Website and effective immediately. If user/s do not agree to the Terms of Use or are dissatisfied for any reason in relation to the Website and / or any contents thereof, user/s are prohibited from further accessing the Website and user/s agree that their sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Website.

The KRC logo reflected in the Website is a registered Trade Mark owned by K. Raheja Private limited. All Content in the Website is the exclusive property of KRC.

(ii) access, copy or download the Website or Content using automated methods, including but not limited to, “web scraping” or “bots”, “robots” or “spiders” that “harvest” the Website or Content, interfere with the functioning of the Website or Content or restrict or inhibit any others from using the Website or Content;

(iii) use any trade mark, design, service mark or logo of KRC or any third party that appears on the Website without prior written consent or remove or obscure any copyright or other notices contained in the Website or the Content;

(iv) link other websites to the Website, imply or suggest that KRC has endorsed or is affiliated with such websites and not display the Website as “framed” or “mirrored” within another website;

(v) delete, decompose, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise deconstruct all or any portion of the Website or Content or any of the Websites’ source code or software;

The user/s are permitted to access the Website for their personal reference and not for or in relation to any commercial purposes and; cannot claim any rights in relation thereto. Facility to print an article or portion of text or material from the Website through computer or any other electronic device does not amount to prior written consent.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the user/s agree to provide true and complete information about themselves, without any obligation of confidentiality and authorize KRC to use the information as may be required or deemed fit by KRC. User/s Responsibility

User/s Liability

If the user/s breach any of the terms and conditions of the Website or any law or do any act or deed that affects the rights of third parties, KRC reserves the right to block / withdraw access to such user/s, without any notice. KRC also reserves the right to claim from such user/s for any loss or damage suffered by KRC or aforesaid third parties due to such breach. The User/s agree to indemnify / keep indemnified KRC, its directors, employees and representatives from and against any claims, damages, loss, cost that arise directly or indirectly out and from user/s breach of terms and conditions of the Website and / or the user/s activities in connection with the Website. Severability

These terms and conditions are intended to be severable. If for any reason any term is unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then only such term shall be deemed severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.

Jurisdiction

The Website is available for access in India only. The terms and conditions of the Website shall be governed by the laws of India and the courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any matter or dispute arising out of or in respect of the terms and conditions mentioned in the Website.
