You can make an application to avail special leave in exceptional circumstances. HOD in joint consultation with Head HR may grant special leave with pay at its own discretion depending on merits of each case and provided you have exhausted all your leaves. Special leave may be granted for maximum 45 days after other leaves are exhausted.
