K Raheja Corp Rolls Out ‘I-GROW’ To Strengthen Employee Capability Building
K Raheja Corp has launched ‘I-GROW’, a flagship learning and development initiative aimed at strengthening the capabilities of individual contributors (ICs) across its businesses, including Mindspace Business Parks, Chalet Hotels, Inorbit Malls and K Raheja Corp Homes.
The programme, which engaged around 200 professionals in its first phase, will expand to cover nearly 300 ICs across offices, sales teams and project sites by the next financial year. Its design emphasises time management, impactful communication, accountability and collaboration—skills seen as essential to both personal growth and organisational success.'
Developed by the Group’s L&D team with Training Sideways, I-GROW blends classroom sessions, reflection-based exercises, workplace applications and LinkedIn Learning pathways. After the pilot, the modules are now being delivered by in-house trainers to ensure long-term continuity.
Urvi Aradhya, CHRO of K Raheja Corp, said the initiative empowers employees to take ownership and become future-ready. Jay Gokani, Group Head – L&D, added that embedding the programme internally ensures lasting impact.
The launch of I-GROW follows the earlier rollout of I-LEAD for managers, and complements the company’s broader people-first initiatives, such as Anchal for expectant mothers, Pride Side for LGBTQ+ inclusion, and PowHER for women’s career development.
